WITH: Valerie Chafograck and India Harville

WHERE: Berkeley Unitarian Church, 1924 Cedar St. (at Bonita), Berkeley, CA 94709

REGISTRATION: Registration is required. We offer several donation options to choose from. For participants who are economically secure, we respectfully ask you to donate at the level you are able to join us, and support our teachers who have dedicated their lives to cultivating the skills and presence required for this work. Offer what makes you feel generous, rather than contracted, so as to support those who are experiencing financial hardship at this time. Thanks to Reverend Angel Kyodo Williams for this economic model.

Registration for this event is not active yet. Please check back soon to register!

WHAT: An invitation to use our bodies and voices to reclaim our right to say YES to what we want and NO to that which no longer serves us. An opportunity to dance with our MAYBE.

An invitation to explore somatic inquiries and to give ourselves the freedom and permission we deserve to clearly express our needs without apology.

Open to all movers that identify as Black, Indigenous & People of Color (BIPOC). No experience necessary. Bring your open heart to invite in a new vibrant energy of healing, connection and joy.

Participants will be required to attend the entire duration of the workshop. NO late arrivals, early departures, or partial attendance.

ACCESS INFORMATION: Street parking is free on Saturdays. Please arrive early if you need accessible parking, as spaces are very limited. The accessible entrance is located on Bonita Avenue. Please see our accessibility statement for more information.
